Folding rule w/extension

Referee style, plastic folding rule.
1 meter ( 3 1/4 ft) long, and the last part can be extended for an exact fit. You don't have to worry about inches or millimeters: just fit the ruler between the aim ball and one of the contending boules. Then go to the other contending boule. The answer will be obvious.
