Folding ruler w/ extension (aluminum)

Referee style folding ruler, made from aluminum.
1 meter (39") long, and the last part can be extended for an exact fit.
You don't have to worry about inches or millimeters: just fit the ruler between the aim ball and one of the contending boules. Then go to the other contending boule. The answer will be obvious.
